Unfortunately, they can't even diagnose what the issue is with the pet and paid a total of £215 with medicines included that were not needed by the pet apart from the pain killer. After the consultation later in the day, we found out that the pet issue was an injured leg. Talked to my neighbour about the experience, he says he went through similar issue there with his pet which later died after paying £350 in the space of 3 days!

Appeared to be talking to someone through an earpiece. “You got a card?” I held my phone up. Bip! “£11:99” He continues looking past us muttering and pretending to speak to a lady tending to the rabbits. She is doing her job. Gives me the receipt. No thank you no nothing. By the way, I always make a point of ending a call before being served wherever I go. It’s good manners. The next person placed their items on the counter. “Afternoon, are you alright? Have you got a card with us?” All smiles 🤔 I’m skeptical that he was even speaking to anyone and uses this as a method those he would rather not serve. There was a ‘difference’ between myself and the next person served. I would like to think that this was not the reason for the ‘difference’ in service.
